Movie: Lost & Found

On June 5 2014, the Algoma Sailing Club was used as a movie site and filming was performed on the east dock for the movie called "Lost and Found". Since the clubhouse faces south towards Topsail Island and east towards St Mary's River, together these views were ideal for a wilderness adventure setting, free of any housing or commercial developments. The weather was slightly cloudy in the morning and then became overcast towards evening with possible rain clouds and with help of some movie magic fog in one later scene that would give the impression that possibly bad weather, was coming or occurring, or making it more mysterious and scary for the movie (speculation).

The Movie "Lost and Found" is to be released sometime in 2015.  It is a production of LF Canada Inc. and Gearshift Films and is produced by Borga Dorter and Jordan Barker (a native of Toronto) and directed by Joseph Itaya. The award winning filmmakers Borga Doter and Barker who both founded in 2009 Gearshift Films which is based out of Toronto, Ontario which has produced other films such as Torment and Home Sweet Home and Gearshift has 6 other films currently in development.
