The racing program is a vital and exciting part of ASC. Dodging freighters, currents, channels and other boats are great ways to hone your skills and learn some new ones! There are opportunities for all members to participate in racing regardless of skill level. Race from your own boat, or crew with more experienced sailors.

St. Mary's River Races
St. Mary’s River races take place on Sunday afternoons or Wednesday evenings from May through September.
All those participating meet 30 mins prior to the race to coordinate boats and crew advance of the race.
Regattas
A Regatta is a multi-race event, usually one day but occasionally two days or even longer. A number regattas are held between May and October. Past Regattas include races to Richards Landing, St. Josephs Island and circling Ile Parisienne, Lake Superior.
